Q. What is the purpose of this website?
We built this website to provide you with information about RAIIVN. This includes information about our esports activities, team members and merchandise.
The other function of the website, is to allow you the option to submit your personal details to us in order to be considered for a place within the RAIIVN esports team.

Q. What personal data do you collect about me? And what do you use it for?
Personal data, or personal information, means any data about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to.
We only collect your personal data if you submit it to us through the website or via email. The personal data that may be collected from you when you submit it is:
Your name - We ask for this so that we can identify you correctly in future correspondence.
Your Username(s) or Gamertag(s) - We ask for this so that we can research your gaming performance online in order to help decide if you should be considered for a place within the RAIIVN team.
Your email address - We ask for this so that we can email you back after you submit your details to us. We also ask for this so that we can identify you, should you wish to get in touch with us again in the future regarding any personal data that you have shared with us.
Your Age - If you are under the age of 13 we will not process your data and if you submit personal information to us, it will be deleted immediately. We ask your age in order to find out if we should process your personal data. And for persons aged over 13, but under 18 we ask your age in order to know if parental or guardian authority will be required should you be be offered a place on a RAIIVN team
About Yourself - We ask for general details about yourself in order to help gauge your suitability for joining RAIIVN.
We will not use your personal data or email address for marketing purposes.

Your personal data may be disclosed to our employees and agents when we review your submission.
Q. What data security measures do you take?
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees and agents who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will retain your personal data for 2 years after submission. We keep your information for this length of time in case you contact us again during that period, so that we can more efficiently process your newest communication or submission.
We may keep your details for longer if you join RAIIVN. In these cases, our use of your data will be further defined by a Player Contract, that you will have agreed to upon joining.

Q. What do I do if I wish to have all my personal data deleted from your records?
You have the right to ask us to delete or remove the personal data that we hold about you.
Unless you join RAIIVN we will delete your data after 2 years. If you wish for your data to be deleted sooner, please email us at enquiries@abovetf.com. Similarly, you have the right to require us to correct any incomplete or inaccurate data that we hold about you – if that is the case, please contact us via the same email address.
Q. What do I do if I wish to withdraw my consent for you to use my personal data?
You can withdraw your consent for us to use your personal data at any time by contacting us at enquiries@abovetf.com. This will not, however, affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent.
